Clinic Policy
Consultation Fees:
Consultation fees apply solely to bookings labeled as "Consult Only (No Treatment)." The consult fee is automatically waived in cases where same-day treatment is administered. Consultations typically range in duration from 20 to 45 minutes.
Treatment Fees:
To secure your appointment with us, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking on our Aesthetic Records booking system. The remaining balance, including any applicable gratuity, will be due after the completion of your appointment.
Late Arrival:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full service within the remaining time. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you are considered a no-show or late cancellation, and you will incur a fee of $150.
Cancellation Policy:
Our policy on cancellations and no-shows is designed to ensure timely treatment for patients while respecting the availability of our providers' schedules.
Your appointment slot is specifically set aside for you.
If you require a cancellation or wish to reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to prevent a $150 charge. This fee is intended to cover the incurred costs and time. By scheduling an appointment at Diamond RX Aesthetics, LLC - DBA KORESTHETICS , you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our cancellation/no-show policy.
When canceled at least 48 hours in advance, any payments will be refunded. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment through the Aesthetic Record booking system or call us with a 48-hour notice.
After any no-shows or repeated non-adherence to our appointment policy, we reserve the right to restrict your ability to schedule appointments online or over the phone.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these policies to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system.
Neuromodulator Touch Ups:
We provide free touch-ups for toxin treatments between days 14 and 21 after the initial treatment. This does not include masseter, or trapezius treatments, as well as underdosed treatments, against provider-recommended dosing. Touch-ups outside of this window are subject to regular pricing.
Injection Fee:
Fees for injections are applicable exclusively to those who have won in a raffle, contest, or call to action.
Promotional Pricing
Diamond RX Aesthetics, LLC - DBA KORESTHETICS is dedicated to offering the newest and best treatment options. They'll try to keep their website and pricing info up-to-date, but prices, services, and products might change without warning. Special deals and discounts can't be mixed. If you qualify for more than one discount, they'll give you the one with the higher value when you make a purchase.
Do You Take Insurance?
Diamond RX Aesthetics, LLC - DBA KORESTHETICS focus is exclusively on elective aesthetic medicine. Please note that we neither accept nor bill insurance for these services. Full payment is anticipated at the time of your treatment. While the listed prices are subject to change without prior notice, rest assured that we are committed to transparently discussing and mutually agreeing upon the cost of your treatment plan before its delivery. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
Why do I need to send photos prior to my appointment?
We understand the importance of your time. To accurately determine your eligibility for the requested service, we kindly request both patient photos and some initial information through a set of preliminary questions.
Treatment Eligibility:
To qualify for treatment, individuals must be at least 18 years old, capable of presenting government-issued identification upon request, and are required to sign a consent form before scheduling for medical clearance. A credit card is necessary to secure your appointment at the time of booking. Diamond RX Aesthetics, LLC - DBA KORESTHETICS reserves the right to decline service to any customer. Instances of hostile or disrespectful behavior, deviation from the practice philosophy, unrealistic expectations, dishonesty, or frequent no-shows or cancellations may result in immediate dismissal from the practice.
Late Policy:
- Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so that we are able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time to your scheduled treatment/service. Lateness of more than 15 minutes will result in rescheduling your appointment.

First Visit/New Patients
Diamond RX Aesthetics, LLC - DBA KORESTHETICS will send you an email and text with an invitation to the electronic patient portal for some paperwork before your first visit. Try your best to finish this before your appointment. If you're not sure how to begin, search your email for “patient portal” – then sign up, and you’ll find a list of things to do. If you're confused, just ask! We'll help you out.
Refunds
Diamond RX Aesthetics, LLC - DBA KORESTHETICS does not provide refunds for services rendered. A complimentary consultation will be conducted to engage in a thorough discussion regarding realistic expectations for the services to be administered, including potential follow-up visits. The provider is dedicated to making every effort to ensure the client's satisfaction with the results.
It is essential to note that definitive results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and there is no assurance that additional treatments will not be necessary to either sustain or attain the desired results. Follow-up treatments are not exempt from charges, irrespective of satisfaction levels with the initial outcomes.
Sales/Returns:
